About Ani
With more than 10 years of experience crafting learning experiences that make a difference, an MFA in Literature and a BA in Ethnic Studies, I bring a narrative-driven, equity-centered approach to instructional design. My work spans healthcare, higher education, behavioral health, and enterprise training, and includes award-winning online courses, onboarding programs, and leadership development content.
